When should I arrive in Stockholm?
The official conference program begins on Sep 20th, 2025. It is recommended that attendees arrive and check in on Sep 19th, 2025. This allows time to avoid issues from flight delays, customs, or traffic, and gives you a chance to rest and adjust to the time difference for the best experience. Registration desk opens at 12.00 on Sep 19th at the conference venue, and attendees can there retrieve all conference materials there.
If desired, you are also welcome to arrive 1–2 days earlier for sightseeing or acclimatization.
Which airport should I fly into? Is airport pickup available?
We recommend flying into Arlanda Airport (ARN), which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the conference hotel.
• Groups of 6 or more: Airport pickup service can be arranged by contacting the reception team at: c.a.martin.eriksson@gmail.com
• Individual attendees: Please arrange your own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Accommodation Arrangements

Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.
Does the paper have to be within 5 pages?
The conference guidelines state: the full paper (including figures, tables, and references) should not exceed 3000 words / 5 pages.
If your paper must exceed 5 pages, please contact the academic committee in advance to request special permission.

If selected to present at the conference, can the registration fee be waived?
Any fee waiver policy is currently not in place.
If any discounts or waivers become available later, the organizing committee will notify participants separately.
What language should be used for conference presentations?
English is the official language of the conference.
Please prepare your abstract, Powerpoint presentation, and speech/or poster presentation in English.
When is the last date of abstract and paper submission?

Can I travel after the conference?
Certainly! Stockholm offers many splendid attractions such as the Vasa Museum, Old Town, Royal Palace, and the Nobel Museum.
A 2–3 day sightseeing tour is recommended.

Yes, most Swedes are fluent in English, and there are no major barriers to daily communication.
