
Abstract and paper submission
The World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) warmly invites all attendees of the WFAS 2025 International Symposium in Stockholm to submit academic papers and abstracts for review. Accepted submissions may be included in the conference proceedings and selected for presentation in breakout sessions.
Submission Requirements
1. Paper Deadlines
Abstract Submission Deadline: May 30, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: June 10, 2025
Full Paper Submission Deadline: July 1, 2025
Submission Process
Papers from China: Send to academic@wfas.org.cn
Papers from outside China: Send to jahse2012@gmail.com
Email subject format: “2025 Swedish Academic Conference Paper + First Author’s Name”
2. Format Requirements
Submit all documents as Word files.
Include abstracts in both Chinese and English (Chinese abstract: max 800 characters).
Full papers are optional but encouraged. If not submitting a full paper, state this clearly in the submission email.
Full papers (if submitted) must not exceed 3,000 words or 5 pages including references.
Fonts: Use Song Ti for Chinese and Times New Roman for English.
3. Content Requirements
Papers must present work completed between 2019 and 2025.
Each first author may submit only one paper.
Submissions must not contain confidential content. Authors are responsible for the authenticity and objectivity of their material.
4. Publication and Licensing
Papers may be recommended to indexing or publishing bodies unless the author states otherwise.
Outstanding papers will be selected; to be considered, full papers must be submitted by July 1, 2025.
5. Academic Presentation or Poster Display
Authors wishing to present must submit bilingual abstracts and a 100-word personal bio, following standard formatting (details in the attachment).
In the submission email, please indicate:
a. Whether you are applying for an academic report
b. Whether you are applying for a poster display
Inclusion Requirements
All registered attendees may submit papers. Submissions from non-registered individuals will not be accepted.
All submissions will undergo expert review. Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings and may be selected for presentation.
