Registration desk opens 13:00 on Sep 19th. Attendees may retrieve their name badges and conference materials at the registration desk at the conference venue.

Scientific sessions are held across Sep 20-21st. The registration fee includes lunch and coffee/tea on Sep 20-21st.

We warmly invite all WFAS 2025 attendees to join us for the annual Gala Dinner on the evening of September 20th.

Please note: No cash payments will be accepted on site for any part of the conference, including the gala dinner. Other meals, accomodation, and transportation expenses are not covered in the registration fees.

Special Notice for Students | Student Participation

Students (undergraduate, master's, or PhD) who wish to attend the WFAS 2025 International Symposium in Sweden are eligible to apply for a one-time student discounted registration fee (note: Gala dinner not included).
